Scott Farms Soup mix contain no MSG or Trans fat.  Most just require added water and when mixed contain 14-15 1/2 cup servings.  Instructions to prepare individual servings are provided. 

Exceptions listed below:

Enchilada Soup Mix is best served with Tortilla chips and it is recommended to add meat to enjoy to it's fullest.

Tortilla Soup Mix is a base for ingredients you choose to add.  It's prepared with broth instead of water and is best served after adding meat, corn, bean, and or rice or tortilla strips.  The Tortilla Soup Mix alone contains nine 1/2 cup servings of soup base.
